Disability referent
At Lingueo, our disability referent is Inès Junin. She is available to support learners with disabilities and help coordinate any necessary accommodations. DUTIES OF THE HANDICAP LINGUEO ADVISOR:
Promote the identification of people with disabilities from the reception: we have many deaf or hard of hearing customers.
Ensure equal treatment during the recruitment phases (selection / positioning) but also throughout the training, allowing equal access to the right to training for people with disabilities.
Be a source of proposals for the development of the educational accessibility of the training provided, by identifying the problems and areas for progress.
THE EXERCISE OF THESE MISSIONS IS FACILITATED BY:
The constitution of a network of deaf trainers who can be mobilized as much as necessary, on the occasion of the implementation of a training course arranged following the example of Betty who is deaf from birth, the French sign language in which she is fluent, is her mother tongue. Betty is a qualified image coach and co-author of the book: French sign language for dummies. Having worked abroad, she also knows how to communicate in international sign language.
